I have always loved solving problems, ever since I was a kid I derived an outsized amount of pleasure from helping everyone around me when they had a ‘problem’ I thought I could help fix.

Fast forward to 25 and I was starting my first business, which (somehow) I managed to turn into a success and I was faced with the problem that you are likely facing now, how do I take what I have now and make it BIG

And that’s where I fell in love with systems and automation, I found I could give my customers a consistent, market leading experience at a lower cost and with less effort than my competitors, fantastic! 

The only problem was I actually enjoyed the problem solving and strategy that sat behind that too much. The amazing think about setting up a system is you put in the effort upfront and reap the rewards over many years. But in my case this was a problem! I had everything perfect I was stuck doing my ‘job’ and lost that problem solving I loved so much.

The idea to start this business really grew organically. In conversation I would talk to other entrepreneurs and business decision makes about what I had set up, to which they would ask ‘can you do that for me?’. I never really gave it another though until my business was put under serious regulatory risk. At the time I was in my early 30s and I had to make a decision, do I keep working on building a business I don’t really love in which a change of government could mean the rug being pulled out from under me, or should I take take the leap to a new business and as often happens in business I took the leap. 

Now I work with entrepreneurs and decision makers every day to put in place streamlines systems 

HOW Do and don't I HELP

What I don’t do..

Developer or Coder – I’m interested in creating systems using a ‘stack’ of off the shelf technologies. Infrequently I will create a custom application for a business, but because we can intelligently use off the shelf options, we can generally keep developments costs to less than $500.

Marketer – My job starts once your customer or client calls you, emails you or sits down in your office. We are not ‘getting you more clients’, although by providing a market leading, consistent customer experience that will naturally follow.

Selling software – When creating a solution for your business I’m technology agnostic, we look at your business, the systems you already have in place and develop a ‘tech stack’ suited to you and your business.
